Servers and network equipment is setup and tested off site and users and preferences are configured in advance. This reduces our engineers' time on site and minimises disruption to your business by making the equipment as "plug and play" as possible
Hot Testing
If a piece of IT equipment is going to break it's more than likely to be within the first 24 hours of use, our engineers run all your equipment through comprehensive test cycles before we even deliver it on site.
